Shipping and Delivery

We use premium 270gsm lustre/satin paper. This paper gives you the best of both worlds, as it is a hybrid of gloss and matte paper, you get the vibrancy of a gloss finish and the robustness of a matte paper. The paper we use is very durable.

We print with top-of-the-range 12 cartridge ink-jet printers, which are filled with only the best ink.

To assure that our prints are of the highest quality we make sure every image we use for our prints are at least 300 dots per inch (DPI).

The term giclée is made in reference to the ‘spraying’ process that the inkjet printer uses to reproduce fine art or photography. Giclée printing produces higher quality prints that last longer than prints produced by the regular inkjet printers. The printers used for giclée prints use small spraying devices that can match colour and apply ink with greater precision. These printers used for giclée are large format inkjet printers with 12 ink cartridges, which is what we use for our prints. Usually, inkjet printers have 6 cartridges.

Your print will NOT be framed. You can order a frame from our website, which will arrive together with your print.

Your print will be borderless. If you would like the print to have a white border, please add a note to your order or contact us prior to making the order.

Deliveries within the UK will take approximately 2-3 working days.

Deliveries outside of the UK will take approximately 5-14 working days.

Free Delivery for all UK orders

All international customers get free delivery on orders over £50. For deliveries below £50, the delivery fee will be calculated when checking out.

We guarantee quality and prioritise customer satisfaction, so If you are not pleased with the print you receive, you can return the print, within 30 days of your order. You will receive a full refund.
